Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. convened the department heads on January 3, 2024, to discuss important matters such as the ongoing power crisis besetting the province of Iloilo and the entire Panay Island.
Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office chief Cornelio Salinas presented the measures currently being undertaken by his office to mitigate the effects of the power outage.
The Capitol executives also discussed updates on the preparation for the Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan 2024 Opening Salvo on January 5, 2024.
