The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) met with Governor Arthur “Toto” Defensor, Jr. today to discuss an update on the partnership on the Northern Iloilo Fishery Rehabilitation and Development Project following their site inspection of the P150M project at Concepcion, Iloilo yesterday.
KOICA Assistant Country Director Lee Hwieun and Construction Manager Ti Soonyil led their team in meeting with the Governor and other IPG officials involved in this infrastructure project.
