Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. welcomed the Municipal Cooperative Development Officers (MCDOs) from the province of Nueva Vizcaya, along with several staff members from the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PROCEDE) during their visit to the Iloilo Provincial Capitol as part of their 4-day Trade Techno-Mission/Study Tour in Iloilo.
During their stay, the visiting delegates will engage the Provincial Cooperative and Development Office (PCDO) and other provincial cooperatives regarding local programs, policies, and best practices.
