Two of the four Ilonggo awardees in the 4-H National Camp held in Siargao, Surigao Del Norte presented their awards to Provincial Administrator Raul Banias this morning.
They are John Denver Sabando of San Miguel, Iloilo, president of the 4-H Club Iloilo Province Chapter, who won Most Outstanding 4-H Club Member National Level and Randy Oremo of Badiangan, Iloilo who was National Finalist Most Outstanding 4-H Club Coordinator.
The two other awardees were Lourden Oremo who won Second Place in the Quiz Bee and JC Ann Conato who won Third Place in the National Excellence Achievers Award Hands Category.
4-H Club is an umbrella organization of the Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Training Institute composed of out-of-school and in-school youth who participate and involve themselves in agricultural programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the Head, Heart, Hands and Health.
The 4-H National Camp was held on June 18 – 21, 2024.
4-H Club Focal Person Roney Q. Guanco of the Provincial Agriculture Office accompanied them.
