102 Ilonggo youth from various municipalities in the province recently completed their Soft/Core Skills Training (SCST) under the JobStart Philippines Program.
JobStart Iloilo Province is a flagship youth employment initiative implemented by the Iloilo Provincial Government through the PESO – Province of Iloilo in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Designed to enhance employability and bridge the gap between school and work, the program empowers first-time jobseekers with the confidence, discipline, and competencies needed to thrive in the labor market.
