The Iloilo Provincial Hospital – IPH, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Iloilo Chapter, held its monthly blood donation drive on August 13, 2025, securing vital supplies for patients in need.
A total of 63 donors including relatives of OB-GYN patients and walk-in volunteers, gave blood that will help save lives in emergencies, surgeries, and childbirth complications.
According to IPH, this activity which takes place every second Wednesday of the month, is one of their hospital’s best practices.
By sustaining this monthly initiative, IPH ensures that lifesaving blood is always within reach for its clients.
