Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. welcomed the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. (IFFI) this morning at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol as part of the early preparations for the 2026 Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan and Dinagyang Festival.
The courtesy visit highlighted IFFI’s commitment to closely coordinate with the Provincial Government to ensure that both festivals are celebrated with greater organization, cultural pride, and community participation.
