3 September 2025, Iloilo Provincial Capitol, Iloilo City – As part of their Planning and Budgeting Conference in Iloilo, the delegation from Catbalogan City carried out a benchmarking visit at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol.
The team was led by Ms. Maria Theresa Aroza, City LEDIPO, and Mr. Arnaldo Aroza, City Planning and Development Officer, and also made a brief courtesy stop at the LEDIP Center to learn about Iloilo’s investment promotion initiatives and activities.
The Iloilo Provincial Government welcomed this exchange as an opportunity to share its best practices in advancing local economic development and investment promotion, while fostering stronger collaboration and knowledge sharing among LGUs.
