The Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO) recognized its partners in disseminating the frontline programs and services of the Iloilo provincial government.
The 2025 Information Officers Excellence Awards honored the initiatives and efforts of the designated office information officers of the different Capitol departments, including those from the provincial and district hospitals.
These designated information officers from every office and hospital serve as force multipliers of PICAO in amplifying the delivery of government programs to the Ilonggos.

The information officers also enjoyed an evening of fun and camaraderie during the Fellowship Night as they donned their classic sailor stripes and captain hats.
The IO Excellence Award and Fellowship Night is the highlight of the three-day Training-Seminar on Artificial Intelligence for Government Communicators from October 9 to 11, 2025 at Damires Hills Farm and Spa Resort.
