The ALEOSAN District Hospital marked another milestone with the Blessing and Turnover Ceremony of its newly completed Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Zubiri Rooms, on October 15, 2025 at the hospital grounds.
The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests and key partners in health service delivery, including Dr. Mary Pauline Angelique C. Gestosani, Chief of the Regulatory Licensing Enforcement Division of the Department of Health Region VI.
Other attendees include 2nd district Rep. Dr. Kathryn Joyce F. Gorriceta, Provincial Administrator Raul Banias, Hospital Management Office chief Dr. Paz Calopiz, Alimodian Mayor Kenneth Alfeche, Vice Mayor Geefre Alonsable, Provincial Pathologist Dr. James Ravena, Architect Sarah Formoso of the Department of Health; Engr. Al Raymond Nolido of the Provincial Engineer’s Office, Dr. Clodialdo Divinagracia, Atty. Yoko Marie Eguia, Engr. Clark Spencer Barrera, and Joemarie Hervas.
This event was made possible through the continuous support of Governor Arthur Defensor Jr. and Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque, whose leadership and dedication to health development have greatly strengthened hospital infrastructure across the province.
Headed by Dr. Cherubim C. Estrellanes, Chief of Hospital II, the ceremony was joined by the entire Aleosan District Hospital family, who celebrated this development as a testament to the institution’s ongoing commitment to provide accessible, efficient, and quality healthcare services to the people of Alimodian and neighboring communities.
The newly inaugurated facilities – the Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Zubiri Rooms – symbolize the hospital’s continuous growth and its dedication to enhancing patient care and hospital operations through strengthened infrastructure and partnerships with the Department of Health and the Provincial Government of Iloilo.
The program concluded with words of gratitude and renewed inspiration for all hospital personnel, reaffirming ADH’s mission to serve with compassion, competence, and excellence.
