The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Human Resource Management and Development Office, welcomed the 116 job order employees of the municipality of Miagao during their learning visit at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol on October 24, 2025.
The HRMDO Learning and Development Unit gave an orientation on the machinery and core policies for Iloilo provincial government employees.
Supervising Administrative Officer Mabel Fabales emphasized that the Iloilo provincial government uses the framework of the Ease of Doing Business and the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Act in maintaining an excellent public service delivery.
“ARTA’s mandate to simplify government and cut red tape is a national priority, and here, we have made it our personal commitment. We see our work with ARTA as translating the law into real, easy experiences for our citizens,” Fabales said.
Prior to the orientation, the HRMDO facilitated their courtesy visit on Provincial Administrator and OIC-Governor Raul Banias and First District Board Member Rica Jane Garin who is also the OIC-Vice Governor.
They also immersed themselves in culture and history through a brief tour at the National Museum of the Philippines Western Visayas.
The Miagao employees were led by Human Resource Management Officer Jose Angelo P. Molejona.
