Gov. Toto Defensor led the opening of the Province of Iloilo Developmental League with the theme, “More Progress Iloilo Through Sports” on June 3, 2023, at the Iloilo Sports Complex.
More or less 1,200 participants and 200 technical officials participated in the league which features basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, swimming, chess, and athletics.
