The Iloilo Provincial Government through the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) spearheaded the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Iloilo Investment Facilitation Network (IIFN) today, November 24, 2023.
IIFN comprises the Iloilo Provincial Government and 29 other government agencies that render licensing and regulatory services. Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. created IIFN to help investors who intend to put up their businesses here in the province.
IIFN wanted to make things easier for prospective investors by assisting them and giving them sound advice with regard to their business plans.
Governor Defensor thanked the different agencies comprising the IIFN for their support and cooperation in making Iloilo a business-friendly province.
Iloilo province is positioning itself as an investment destination under Governor Defensor’s development mantra MoRProGRes Iloilo or Movement for a Robust, Progressive, Globally-Competitive and Resilient Province of Iloilo.
