Information Officers (IOs) of Iloilo Provincial Government departments and hospitals camped in Nature’s Village Resort, Talisay City, Negros Occidental from May 30-June 1, 2024 for a Training Seminar on Mobile Journalism.
Participants were refreshed on the basic photography and videography principles. They learned practical tips on optimizing the use of their camera phones and mobile applications to produce better photo and video outputs.
The activity was organized by the Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO), which tapped into the expertise of Dr. Ronnie Baldonado of Digicast Negros and Franz Garion of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) of capacitating Capitol IOs.
