Punong Barangay Richard Rios of Barangay Montinola, San Joaquin received a check worth P300,000 from Provincial Administrator Raul Banias, on behalf of Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. on July 2, 2024.
The financial assistance from the Iloilo Provincial Government will be used for the construction of a barangay pathway which will improve access to transportation of the residents and will eventually boost the socio-economic activities of the barangay.
