The municipality of New Lucena is the additional recipient of the Family and Youth Development Center (FYDC), an initiative of Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. and is implemented through the Provincial Population Office.
On behalf of Governor Defensor, Provincial Administrator Raul Banias turned over the check amounting to P5 million to New Lucena Municipal Treasurer Rio Mana-ay for the construction of the FYDC. Joining them is Provincial Population Officer Atty. Ruel Von Superio.
Governor Defensor is set to lead the groundbreaking of the FYDC in New Lucena, tomorrow, February 14.
