16-17 June 2025, Iloilo City – the Iloilo Provincial Government through the Provincial Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion (LEDIP) Center, joined the Regional Export Assessment and Crafting of the Regional Export Roadmap for Western Visayas held at Park Inn Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry Region VI, the 1½-day workshop convened key stakeholders from various provinces in Western Visayas to assess the current export landscape, identify sectoral challenges, and craft a responsive and inclusive Regional Export Roadmap. This initiative aligns with the region’s goal of supporting exporters and MSMEs in navigating global market demands, logistics management, and export certification.
The engagement of the Provincial LEDIP Center reflects the Province of Iloilo’s commitment to boosting local economic growth through a robust, export-driven strategy. We thank DTI Region VI for leading this initiative and for fostering collaborative efforts to strengthen Western Visayas’ position in the global trade landscape.
