The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency: Access for Climate Security and Health Services (RE3ACHS) project targets to accelerate the adoption of clean energy, energy efficiency, and just energy transition in the province of Lanao del Sur. The RE3ACHS project supports the goals of the National Renewable Energy Program (2020-2040 and the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) plan of the Philippines. The project is funded by the Government of Japan through the Japan Supplementary Budget (JSB) 2024 Climate Promise Global initiative. The JSB 2024 aims to support countries to address the climate change crisis while ensuring human security and resilience. RE3ACHS is implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the robust participation of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur” and its partners like the Porvincial Government of Iloilo.

The Province of Iloilo has been championing renewable energy, and energy efficiency & conservation through its excellent implementation of the R.A. 11285, known as the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act of 2019. IPGโ€™s notable performance at the national level reflects its commitment to paving the way to a clean and energy-sufficient province of Iloilo.
