The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Iloilo Chapter recognized the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) for its support to the National Voluntary Blood Services Program through its PWD bloodletting activity.
The Certificate of Recognition was given during their 24th Blood Donors Awarding and Recognition Ceremony last August 27, 2025.
To note, the PWD bloodletting activity was the brainchild of former PSWDO staff now National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) Regional Director Ann Rapunzel “Rara” Ganzon.
