Employees of the Iloilo provincial government joined in the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Fun Run today, September 7, 2025.
HRMDO – Province of Iloilo chief Atty. Renee Valencia delivered a message on behalf of Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. The provincial government also received a certificate for having the highest delegation.
Proceeds of the fun run will go to the Pamanang Lingkod Bayan Program which supports the families of civil servants who died while in service.
Also taking the center stage is ๐๐จ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐จ: ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ, the mascot of the province of Iloilo.

With a backpack filled with local produce and a welcoming wave, Toto Lilo represents Iloilo’ Fun, Foodie, Friendly spirit, agricultural abundance, and culture of exemplary service.
