BATAD, Iloilo – The Iloilo Provincial Government, in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region 6, conducted an orientation with the beneficiaries of the Purok Resilience Program housing project in Barangay Nangka, Batad, Iloilo. The session focused on the registration of neighborhood association in accordance with Republic Act No. 9904, or the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations, which states the rights and duties of homeowners associations and prescribes the requirements for their recognition and registration.
