Learners and teachers of Buga National High School in Leon will soon benefit from a P1.5-million solar power project funded by the Iloilo Provincial Government.
Once completed, a 16kW hybrid on/off-grid solar photovoltaic (PV) system is expected to help the school save on electricity costs, provide a more reliable power source for learning equipment, and promote the use of clean, renewable energy among students and educators.
