Provincial Administrator Raul Banias handed over a check worth PhP 13 million to the officials of Barangay Polopiña, Concepcion, Iloilo, led by Punong Barangay Henry Francisco.
The allocation will finance the construction of a 140-meter breakwater at Sitio Danao-danao, Barangay Polopiña. Once completed, the structure will serve as a vital shield for residents, protecting the coastal community from strong waves and providing added safety during stormy weather.
