Provincial Budget Officer Mitchelene P. Resano presented to Vice Governor Nathalie Ann Debuque, Provincial Administrator Raul Banias and the provincial government employees the awards received by the Province and their office during the PROFiCIENT Awards 2025 (Public Recognition of Outstanding and Finest Local Government Units for Competence, Integrity, Excellence, and Transparency in Budget Administration) Recognition Ceremony held on December 3, 2025 at Playa de Paraiso Beach Resort, San Lorenzo, Guimaras.
The Province of Iloilo and the Provincial Budget Office earned a 1-Star Excellence Rating under the 2025 Proficient Local Government Unit in Budget Administration by the Department of Budget and Management VI.
Iloilo and the PBO were recognized for promoting sound public financial management practices within the locality.
This award reflects the province’s continued commitment to responsible budgeting, efficient public spending, and the delivery of quality government services to the community.
