The Iloilo provincial government is closing 2025 on a high note, earning multiple awards and recognition.
It capped its flag-raising ceremony for the year with the presentation of the province’s recent haul of Excellence in Local Governance (EXCELL) Awards from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Western Visayas. The provincial government emerged as a top performer, securing 8 major EXCELL awards and bagged the recognition as a Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Achievement Champion and Exemplar (ACE).
The Capitol family also celebrated the first birthday of Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque as part of the provincial government.
As the province looks ahead to 2026, the provincial government reflects on its win in 2025 and commits to sustain its excellence in service delivery towards achieving a robust, progressive, globally-competitive, and resilient Iloilo.
