This vibrant kickoff will feature teaser performances from eight competing tribes, each representing their unique municipal festival and embodying Iloilo’s tourism slogan, “Fun, Foodie, Friendly.”
The eight tribes vying for the coveted crown this year are poised to deliver elevated performances. These are:
1. Jimanban Festival of New Lucena
2. Tawili Festival of San Rafael
3. Salakayan Festival of Miagao
4. Pagnahi-an Festival of Bingawan
5. Tultugan Festival of Maasin
6. Kasag Festival of Banate
7. Kahilwayan Festival of Santa Barbara
8. Banaag Festival of Anilao
The Opening Salvo will take place along key streets in Iloilo City, including performances at the Iloilo Freedom Grandstand and the Iloilo Sports Complex.
