Toto Lilo, the official mascot of the Province of Iloilo, joined the Opening Salvo of the Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan 2026 today at the Iloilo Freedom Grandstand and the Iloilo Sports Complex.
A cheerful Ilonggo boy, Toto Lilo personifies the province’s deep commitment to serving its people.
He wears a modern barong adorned with the Iloilo Provincial Government (IPG) seal and a carabao-head buckle which are symbols of industriousness and humility. His woven bamboo hat bears the inscription “MoRProGRes,” echoing Iloilo’s vision to be robust, progressive, globally competitive, and resilient.
Toto Lilo embodies Iloilo’s vibrant “Fun, Foodie, Friendly” spirit. He celebrates the province’s agricultural richness and its proud culture of exemplary public service.
