The Iloilo Provincial Government, together with the Local Government Unit of Batad, Iloilo, facilitated the raffle for 30 beneficiaries of the housing project in Barangay Nangka, Batad, under the Purok Resilience Program.
With joyful faces, the beneficiaries accepted their assigned dwelling units and were presented with the terms and conditions covering the period from the raffle to the formal turnover of the project.
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region VI, through its Community Development Division, recently awarded the Homeowners’ Association its Certificate of Incorporation, granting it legal recognition as a registered neighborhood association.
The Certificate of Incorporation was presented during the raffle process attended by Mayor Elvira P. Alarcon with her concerned department heads, MLGOO Engr. Regil E. Gumayan, HPFPI Regional Coordinator Sonia F. Cardonigara with Arch. Arr Jay Rubinos, PRP Focal Person Carr Brian J. Grino, and representatives from the PDRRMO.
